Pathways to Purpose-Summer Series
Presented by: Gradual Concepts, LLC x Alternative Career Pathways
Each Saturday experience is designed as an interactive, small-scale career fair that allows students to explore industries through conversation, demonstration, and hands-on learning. Students rotate freely between industry stations, participate in mini-activities, and engage directly with professionals to better understand real-world career pathways.

Guided Compass 360: Helping Students Navigate Their Future with Meaningful Direction
Compass 360 is a comprehensive career exploration and workforce development program designed to help high school students navigate their future with confidence and purpose. Through a combination of professional mentorship and hands-on internship experiences, the program provides students with a full-circle view of career pathways and the skills needed to succeed beyond high school.
Students in Compass 360 are paired with industry professionals who serve as mentors, offering guidance, encouragement, and real-world insight into their career fields. Mentors support students in setting goals, building confidence, and understanding the educational and professional steps needed to pursue their interests.
In addition to mentorship, students participate in structured internship experiences with local businesses and organizations. These placements allow students to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings while developing essential workplace skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and professionalism.
By combining mentorship, career exposure, and experiential learning, Compass 360 empowers students to explore their passions, build meaningful professional connections, and gain the clarity needed to make informed decisions about college, training programs, or career opportunities.
